A letter from the bank on their letter head with seal and signature?

Funds where majorly a gift and then savings over the years.
Are you funds 90 days old or was there any big transaction listed in the last 90 days? If you have received a large sum of amount in your savings account within last 90 days, then you may need to explain the source of funds with sufficient proof.

Yes there was a substantial amount of money. A failed Treasury Bill investment. 800k was returned into the savings account. Guess this was what spiked their interest. Do or can a bank give a special letter stating this now? If yes would it accepted ? Guess it's worth the trial.

In addition to the banks letter, you can also send a letter of explanation.

the bank said since the purported transaction is not on going, it has matured. An auto generated transaction is not doable. but i can ask them to reachout to the bank to validate my claims
