Sorry if this question sounds a bit silly, but does one have to show proof of adequate funds EVERY time one enters Canada AFTER becoming a PR? I am considering doing a 'soft landing' just to complete formalities and returning back to my country in a week's time. Obviously, I will have my POF ready when landing for the first time. Once I receive my PR card back home and then visit Canada in the future, either for vacation or to move permanently, will they once again ask me for POF since I haven't been living there?
