I'm a single applicant so i have maintained more than $12,300 in my bank for a year but i read that the fees for PR are around $1000, so do i need to maintain $13,300 or can i deduct the fee amount from $12,300 after taking the Bank letter ?

No, when you submit your application you must maintain the min funds.

You may have to find the $1000 for all the fees elsewhere.

No, it has to be a pdf file for all placeholders except the digital photo one.
