Hi .. couple of queries regarding POF

1. Can i ask my father to transfer at least half of the required fund in my account and get a statement from bank the very next day and submit?
2. I will get a gift deed. Someone please share gift deed format as I was not able to find it on the forum.

Hi Guys, I have my complete POF as FD that was opened 7 months ago.. Can I just submit FD covering letter & FB statement or is it mandatory to submit my bank statements as well
