POF other alternative beside bank statement of 4 months

Hi i am Pakistani national resident in italy,have done bsc(Hons) in accounting. Want to apply for PGD in accounting in canadian college.My question is there any other option to show my proof of funds beside bank statement of 4 Years.although i am working here and salary is coming in my account bit 10000$are not sitting in my account for 4 months.is it possible that i pay money and buy traveler,s cbank draft of convertible money for canada before submitting for my study permit.Thanks
