Can you explain the cause of rejection?
The one I have is notarized and legal.
The problem is my friend transfered that money long time ago since august.

Taking full money as POF, the visa officer had a doubt about funds. If someone has 3 years of experience, then how come you have 0 money.

If he transferred in August, then just submit bank statement from September onward. 2-3 months of bank statement is enough for PR.

If funds are more than 6 months old, no need of gift deed, however there should be salary getting debited to the account.

One more query please.
What will be the required documents if some one give the custody of his one child to his/her sister and sister has been obeying the obligation of guardian since the very first day of the child's birth the applicant has 3 more kids which are also dependent and accompanying.
1) Should he/she show the non accompanying child while applying EE and PNP?
2) if he/she shows the non accompanying child then what would be the required documents?
3) if he/she doesn't show the non accompanying child then what could be happened in the future?
4) Is there any waive in POF if any one child is non accompanying?
In addition to this i know that medical exam is important for the non accompanying child as well or else no one could be able to sponsor him through family sponsorship program in future.

Hello family,
Please I need your kind assistance.

First,I received a gift deed of $11000 from my sister in May 2019, in December 2019, I received the another $2900. I added about about $2700 from my pension account to make a total of $16650.

I got an adr yesterday, rejecting the pension account.

They asked me to provide my statement of account for the $14000 and update my account with sufficient proof.

My brother In-law is willing to give me the balance that was rejected.

Please advise me on how I should handle the response so that I do not get rejected.
