POF FD (either or survivor) queries ?

Hi Friends,

Need help regarding the following queries:

1. I have an FD of type either and survivor, where either is me and survivor is my brother. Can this be used as POF ?

2. Do I need a self-declaration or gift deed from my brother stating anything?

You can't show a joint POF with your brother.
