hello ,
My average account balance in the past six months exceeds the required amount POF , should I submit?
Also I have another account but with a personnel loan an credit car , my question is are they going to deduct my Libalites from the amount? Thanks in advance I

Yes, it's fine to submit if it's over.

They only want to be sure that you didn't take a loan for the money or borrow it from your credit card. Other than that your liabilities don't matter.
