PoF and valid job offer

Hi,

If a have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer and currently I'm not living in Canada, do I still need proof of founds ?

It does not matter you are in Canada or not.....

so, to be more specific only persons without job offer and persons witch does not work in Canada has to have POF ! I'm right?

I make it very Simple.............a Person with Job Offer whereas he is .......not required POF........

If you have valid job officer you need not show the Bank Balance, but at the time of submisstion of application package you must show the contaract paper with terms and conditions.
