My passport is currently with VFS New York for stamping and I plan to fly into Toronto from NY in the coming weeks. The CIC website mentions a port of entry letter of introduction as a required document. Is this the same as the confirmation letter from IRCC that states that "a decision has been made on your application and we require your passport..."? If not, how long after stamping is this letter provided by IRCC and has anyone traveled recently without a separate POE Letter of Introduction?
