POE letter need help

need help regarding on my POE letter,until now no reply from CIC regarding myPOE letter I already have my visa on my passport .

I running out of time and hope.Please need some advise how to claim it.

It should be mailed to you days after your visa is approved. Check your email including spam or junk mails, call CIC, email CIC about it. Better yet if you yourself can go to the office maybe you can try personally inquiring about it yourself at their office.
