I am married and my husband applied in federal skilled worker class for PR in 2014 which was rejected due to credit card transaction..then we applied in Express entry 4 years back but got the lowest crs score of 376 which means no chance of getting ITA...now we want to apply in sinp bcoz our skilled work is in demand...should we make another new GC key for this process??

Are you still eligible for EE? Is so apply new. What is your SINP score and NOC?

Sinp score is 80 coz i hav an aunt whos canadian citizen in Saskatchewan..and noc is 0011..

Your NOC is ineligible for SINP. It is on the excluded list.

NOC 0011 - Legislator is on the excluded list. Go to the SINP website and check the excluded occupations list. Click on eligibility and select excluded list. 0011 is the first NOC. If you have another list then please post.
