I haven't received a letter, but reading the content I can tell you this:
  1. Send an email if your personal situation has changed since you applied for PR. If it hasn't changed, don't do anything.
  2. Wait for the local IRCC office to contact you with an appointment date and time.
  3. When you receive appointment confirmation, bring your passport and two photos of yourself with you to the appointment.
Good luck and congratulations!

Congrats,Thats good. You don’t have to do anything if you haven’t have any update. And if so, Maybe you can send them an email saying that you don’t have any updates. You don’t receive a reply back for that. And then you need to wait for around 15 working days. Then you will receive an email either states the passport request or an appointment for final permanent residence interview in the regional office. For the interview bring your passport, all kinds of permits , photos, payment documents. The interview is to ask a couple questions regarding the background information and there is nothing to bother about it at all. And then u receive COPR letter.

You don’t need to hire someone to do it. Once you open account in sINP ( OASIS) you will get every instruction you need. It’s easy
