I am on open work permit in Canada. I applied my pnp and I added my husband in this application. but he was overstayed in uk but now he is living in india from last year.we got married last year.when I will get my pr,he will get it with me on same time because he is accompanying me. due to his overstay ,will there be any problem in our PR? OR it does not matter for PR.
