I'm applying for a PNP field of study (energy management) in the NYIC in BC, Vancouver. Is it true that after graduation I can instantly apply for permanent residency in Canada?

1. You can apply anytime you want, but you must meet the requirement for PNP or EE
2. You know that there are only 4 programs eligible at this school for a Post Graduation Work Permit?

You are eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP) if you complete one of the degrees below and you meet all other PGWP criteria:

• Master of Business Administration
• Master of Science in Cybersecurity
• Master of Science in Instructional Technology
• Master of Science in Energy Management

You are not eligible if you complete any other program at this school.

Is it true that after graduation I can instantly apply for permanent residency in Canada?

Yes, if you complete the Master of Science in Energy Management at NYIT you can directly apply for PR via the International Post-Graduate category in the BC PNP, because the program is listed on page 3 here: https://www.welcomebc.ca/getmedia/8...-EEBC-IPG-Eligible-Programs-of-Study.pdf.aspx

Keep in mind that immigration programs can change and this particular immigration pathway may no longer exist when you complete that master's degree.
