Hi

Could you please let me know that if we have applied through PNP for Canada PR, then is it mandatory to stay and work in that particular province for a certain period of time say 2 years ?

Thanks

Thanks ttrajan but I am getting mixed responses for my query :-(
Is there any specific reason for working for a fixed time in that province under the PNP program ?

Thanks

You mean after you become PR through PNP? By law, I don't think there's anything to stop you from leaving your province, as long as you land in that province.

There's a whole sub-forum for PNP specific questions, and it's really active so you'd get better answers by posting in there. But the quick answer is that during the entire application process you have to be able to show intent to reside in the province of nomination. After you get PR, you are able to do whatever you want.
