EE - No. scores are 480. PNP - not likely unless licensed and have a job offer. And you need to have a Masters to be licensed as a physiotherapist in Canada. Extraordinarily unlikely. You would have a 0.000001% chance. In normal years you need a CRS score of 460 just to be competitive, and from this July you more likely need 490-510 CRS score to be competitive.

It's a regulated profession and your score is extremely low, so the answer is that your chances of PR are extremely low.
