Yes I got in May 2019.
I had ADR in September 2019. But after that it’s silence.
I am completing my 18 months tomorrow. Yesterday I called cic they told me to have some courage and patience as they have backlogs of files. They said it could take little longer. So stay calm.

I don’t know how they are working some people already got their PPR in 1 year or less than 15 months. And some are waiting since 2 years. This is insane
