It seems that only inland applications were proceed by IRCC. no more update for out land application ....

This has been the case for some time, IRCC are prioritising inland applicants and probably will continue to do so in the short term.


still waiting on portal 1 email after receiving DM yesterday, IRCC hit their 401k immigration target for 2021 so maybe they’ve stopped processing for the year

Two - received PAL then the following day had two ghost update, then DM the next morning.

In order to continue processing your application, further information is required. The following documents are required for you:
 Updated IMM5669 forms (Schedule A Background / Declaration). (Each family member over the age of 18 are required to complete their own copy of this form.
 Proof of employment, income and funds (T-4 statements for the past two years; Employer’s letter confirming employment).

should I just say that I am not in canada and do not have a job offer !!

Regarding employment letter, your nomination was based one job offer or OID? What is ur province, what is ur AR and AOR dates?
