I have been waiting for 19 months.It is not bad to get Copr in 2 months if i will be able to get visa as well and land at same time.
Don’t forget that you will get DM first and then COPR. And it takes some time as well.
They proccess cases very slow unfortunately.I do not know how to contant them.
Called IRCC multiple times and always let me to wait. AOR in July 11th 2019, add spouse on May 2020. Still do not get the UCI number for my spouse.
Now preparing for IELTS test to apply for Express Entry. The wait is frustrated. Also ordered GCMS note to see what happened.
