Hi, I tried to call IRCC now but it was really hard to be connected to the agent. How long did it take to be connected? Is their phone number 1 888 242 2100 correct?

There will be 21 months in February, and CIC account status bar says "100% complete on December 2020", but the application is still in process, and ECAS also says "in process". An IRCC agent says they don't need any additional documents.
The processing office is Sydney.

Most of the applications from outland seem to be pending.. Hang in there.

No update after that When i check on ecas it says medical received, nothing after that Any idea guys ?

Yeah it's really hard to connect to them. Try to call them in the early morning. It still took me 25 mins this morning to be connected.

Is anyone who applied for PR card through mail dtill waiting for it? I applied on November 26 and haven’t received anything and I don’t even know if cic received it. Are we supposed to get an email or anything?
