DM oct.31, still waiting for CoPR..... (BCPNP)

I have a question on CoPR, why everyone is asking the province? As our applications are all in the same place, does it matter which province it is to get CoPR?
(maybe it's a silly question, but I'm really confused on that)

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 6, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 20, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on August 20, 2019.
4. Medical results have been received.
5. You entered Canada at the Vancouver Immigration office on November 3, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident.

2020-01-17 : PAL
2020-09-18 : Upfront medical send
2020-10-01 : Upfront medical doc received
2020-10-23 : Medical pass
2020-10-28 : DM on ECAS, no changes on gckey
I did upfront medical exam at 17th Sep and upload receipt 18th Sep. I don't know when doctor finish and upload the result (clinic said It will takes maximum 5 business days), but I received mail from IRCC 1st Oct.

Got MR on 21st OCT (Don't know why)

Webform reply on 28th Oct - email reply saying your medical information is received

I don't know how they process files, Waiting is hard
