Following and I would like to ask the following questions:

1. AR means application received?
2. I will apply PR through Paper submission. I am
Waiting for the police checks from the city I am
Living in. I will submit the application when I got the police checks.

So I would like to ask how long does it usually take to receive AOR? Would like to apply for BOWP.

Here are my application details:

Program: Manitoba PNP (paper-based)
AR: 26 August 2019
AOR: 1 October 2019
Biometric Submission: 11 October 2019
Pre-arrival Services advice: 28 January 2020
Medical: Awaiting advice
Application Progress Bar: 53% completed, 8 months left

Since January 28, 2020, nothing has happened except for a steady increase in the application progress bar status in my profile. I also wondered why I was asked to start pre-arrival services when medicals and other pertinent decisions have not been made, of course, I know that the COVID-19 situation has indeed affected a lot of stuff.

I am really confused here, my family are really looking forward to us immigrating to Canada, any info or advice will be highly appreciated.

There is no confirmation email from them when you send a webform.
I will keep updating as soon as i will have any update about it.

What do you need for upfront medical? What form to submit

IRCC is just asking for a proof so the clinic gave me a emedical document so i just uploaded them with a webform.

It’s Monday now, so many ee applicants receive their COPR today, and paper-based applicants receive none, what a joke!
