    I am in dilemma whether i should get medical examination before getting MR (Medical Request) or not ? Few of my friends who has same timeline as mine, did their medical examination in June’2020 & attached it via webform. Recently, they got 100% in their GCkey timeline. So, please guide me about pros/cons of submitting MR in the middle of process without invitation.

Has anybody did upfront medical recently this month or august month and submitted to ircc or got any update about that.

Yes, I have done upfront medical on 4 august20. Submitted E-medical sheet through webform on 12 august. Medical results have been submitted by panel physician on 14 or 16 august.
Medical passed on 7sep20.

Today I got my COPR :D

Inland, BC
Application received 15 May 2019
AOR 19 June 2019
Biometric enrollment 25 July 2019
Medical request 28 November 2019
Pre-arrival letter 29 November 2019
Medical passed 27 December 2019
Background check completed 4 February 2020 (this date did not update until today, all this time I have had a message saying it was processing still)
COPR issued 21 September 2020
Was 87% complete at point COPR issued.

It's been a long road but I got there. Hope others with similar dates to me get theirs too soon!
