How to count number of years of education in total?

Hello, I am preparing my PR application under OINP nomination category. Hoping to send within this week. Can anyone help me with the following inquiry "Will I count the years of education under 'number of years of education in total' for which I did not get any degree"? Thanks in advance.

I am new in this forum because I know that this will help me in many ways. I just got the result of our EILTS and now wondering whats the next step, because we are confused on the new rules implemented this this year.

I will apply under the PROVINCIAL NOMINEE in MANITOBA.
My Brother is Canadian citizen living in Manitoba.
I will migrate with my spouse and my 2 years old baby.
We are UAE resident but a Filipino citizen
I got total bandwidth of 6 in EILTS.


Should we still follow the paper based procedure?

Please help on the step by step procedures.

Actually, i got by mpnp nomination last apr 29 and i was advised to submit new eilts. So i took the test last july and result was aug.

No, u have o mention time duration for every degree and Certificate or diploma. According to that u count and mention total years of got education. Leave gap uears , don't count them.

I think for EE MINIMUM IELTS requirement is 6.5, so without EE category must.
