How you know that when your file transferred to Ottawa

I was curious if they transferred my file to Ottawa. But I know call center CIC wont tell me unless my application has passed the processing time. So I said I am going to update documents and I need to know my visa office. And they said its transferred to Ottawa on Aug 28

My file has been in Ottawa since at least early July, because I got an email response at that time from Sydney stating as such (one that I had sent two months prior).

It is a bit unsettling seeing all these apps from December now getting DM and mine from Nov 28 just sitting here, nothing, and knowing its in Ottawa like the rest.

For a november applicant, I wont expect your file to have been transfered to Ottawa until it is close to PPR being issued. If it was transfered in July, that is NOT like the rest (this is different)

No update yet and I am not planning to check Ecas for a week because it adds to my disappointment each time.
I will just wait for email of PPR.
So no news whatsoever at the moment.
