In summary, when your lines are updated in ecas, I believe your DOB / birth certificate document has been received and entered into your file, BUT your case processing officer may not have reviewed it. the moment he / she reviews it then you'll go to DM. So from updated ecas lines to DM - the maximum time is the deadline you were given to mail a document in + 7 days. In some cases, another case processing officer may not wait till the end of the deadline he/ she game to check on your file to see if the document has been mailed in. In this case Updated Ecas lines to DM could be a few days (2 - 3 days, same as for those that only have to update schedule A or RPRF). This same pattern is seen in express entry

If they need some additional documents after DM they should not updated to DM. I came to know that sometimes they ask for additional documents after DM also.

i dont think so, Decision is already made on our application .. i feel may b we will get ppr via regular mail ...because we both have our representatives on our application.
 
One of my friend used representative but his representative received email to..let's see ..coming week will bring some good news!

Do u know when ur friend file was received at CIC ...and at which office Sydney or Ottawa?...when ur friend got DM ?

Some September applicants also didn't get ppr yet. Their DM on 10 aug. No my all friends got PPR via email to representative.
And you told you apply for PR by urself?
 
I thought the file is pretty much complete and documents are well received when they ask for RPRF. Well it makes sense right..else why would they ask for landing fee. Anyway I'm gonna check with my representative, Thing is he get irritated and thinks iam doubting his work!
November 10th applicant, IP from July last week. I hope everyones gets DM and PPR soon!

No in my previous posts ...several times i mentioned that my file was prepared and have representative on it.
 
My friend had a good luck actually. .file received Nov 7 2014
DM Aug 13 PPR Aug 14....file goes to Sydney first and then get transferred to Ottawa that is my best guess

Lets wait for upcoming week...hope so we will get PPR in upcoming week....lets hope for d best as nothing in our control...

My file was tranferred to Ottawa on august 28. Hope its for a good reason
 
Hi All, my name is Anh, I need your advices.
I'm Nov 6 applicant under BC PNP, inland, they received my application on Nov 21.
I haven't got my medical request, but I'm in IP on Sep 16.
It's kinda weird, please advise.
