These rules are false. Due to these confusing and false rules I didn't send my IELTS copy with my PNP PR Package (I am SINP OID nominated with B Type NOC) which delivered at Sydney on 24 June. They sent back my package and asked about IELTS. I re-sent it with updated IELTS and got delivered on 3 Nov.
Note :- Please don't read these false rules. I am a victim of this fraud.

Hi Ashu,
Please keep in mind that IELTS is mandatory for Express entry for FSW, CEC and PNP and optional for PNP with paper based applicants(depends from provinces to province) and mandatory for NOC C and D categories in certain provinces. Hope this helps!!!

it usually takes roughly 3 months before u will get application number. U will not be able to link before u have application number

I don't think so. It might take up to 3 months for you to get AOR (meaning your application is being reviewed by CIC) but linking via gckey is just a matter of days. I was able to link mine after 5 days.

Sorry if I am wrong. I linked my after i got Application number.

But it does not matter. As long as u do before u need to submit RPRF (because u have to upload receipt) u are fine.

Hello,

Once u get application number, u can use Case Specific Inquiry

They will not reject your application.

Wait till u get application number follow steps and update the passport information

My PGWP expires March first. I am hoping by some luck to get the AOR before that date so I can apply for the Bridging OWP. Otherwise I am just going to apply for the closed work permit.
