Feb 24. no PPR today...
I heard waiting time got 19 months now..

Waiting time is 19 months now , I am jan 16 applicant and now i have to wait 2 months more and it’s still not sure they gonna give PR within 19 months .

It’s realy unfair the way they working on files . It’s should go month by month .

it applies to 80% of all applications, no matter when you've applied.

I asked my friend who applied in aug 2017 and he already got MR and he said yesterday that he called cic and they said they r working on his security too
Same place as we r right now..very disappointing from cic

Did your friend say his security check is already started or not even started?

it doesn't mean anything. it can take up to a year for his security to pass.

I am wondering all of my friends who applied with or after me are getting there MR.
No updates on my application yet

Nobody knows how CIC works. If you are worried, call them and ask about the status of your application. Some people get MR earlier, some later, and the reason why is unclear

Hi guys! Just came across this forum... boy oh boy I felt like I've been living under a rock my entire life as far as PR application goes...

Anyway, I'd like to share my timeline with you guys. Let me know if yours is similar. Honestly the whole process's been way longer than I'd expected, and the uncertainty of how much longer I will have to wait is torturous, to say the least. Alas, patience is a virtue, I guess.
