Hi,

The applicant who has "Not Applicable" in "Review of Additional Document" section also get PPR?
I know normal message at that stage is "We do not need additional document," but my status changed to "updated" yesterday with detail message remains same. (Still "Not Applicable" after submit another PCC last week...)

What does your ECAS says?
Is there any line added after UPDATED?

--we're reviewing med exam
--we're reviewing eligibility
--we're reviewing your add documents provided..
--we're processing backg.check

What's the difference between processing and reviewing?

Is this mean that all of these stages are not yet done?

I don't see anything in ECAS.
The last message I got in ECAS is acknolegement letter sent for requesting additional document which I submitted last week.

I called them. I was advised that the processing time is 18 months and the file is still in process. Why does IRCC have a call centre when the people their just repeat the same info as EVR.

Nope. All she kept saying was that she can see only see the info we can see on the system. My account says Background check in process
