My application was approved yesterday but return tracker is not activated yet. What time it usually get activated ?

24-48 hrs. Could be more depending on how fast they move your passport out of the printing room.

I talked to the CiC today and they said that they have completed everything from there end they are just waiting for pcc from india and canadian government (dnt know what that is or if this the part of the process)... if anyone has gone through this can u update me plz.. and if someone can tell how long will it be take.

Did they request you for additional documents of PCCs from those countries?
Plus, did you check if your "Background Check" section changed from "In Progress..." > "N/A" > "We are Processing Your Background Check" orders?
What is your current "Background Check" section message?

No they did not requested to me they requested to bls maybe.. and background chk is in process we are processing

Oh, you are lucky. Mine is not even "In Process" yet.
I believe R10 completeness check still not finished, they keep request me PCC.
I think I still far away to get PPR even though I passed medical and eligibiility...

No matters if you get medical request in 6 months or 8 months or 13 months,they will take 16-18 months for sure

I know...
The reason I am saying is the person who applied two days before me, he received PPR already last week at the same day he/she got pre-arrival service letter.
He/ she said took him/her 6 months got PPR...

I LANDED today. It was a very stress-free process. I recommend flag-polling, it’s fast, easy, and US visa is not required.

Application- January 3, 2017
Medical request- February 12, 2018
Medical passed-March 1
PPR-April 13 (passport sent next day)
COPR received- April 24
Landed-April 24
PR card to arrive within 60 days.
