I just spoke to a CIC agent & she verified that everything is completed/passed and said that we will be getting PPRs very soon.

CIC agent was surprised to find out that how it doesn’t reflect on our CIC account that Background check is completed. Eligibility has been reviewed as well, she mentioned.

May I ask when your myCIC was updated? I had it updated since April 18. I am waiting for PPR.
