mine got passed may 05 after almost 2 months. I'm Jan 27 applicant, no ppr yet!!

My medical passed last March 8. I am january 3 applicant. Still in background check processing in my profile but the call center agent told me that it's in the final review. Dont know what it means. Hopefully all of us January applicant gets PPR soon.

Same timeline and same answer from CIC call center, seriously don’t know how long they will take for finel review

They could be assembling a batch for security checks for the past 3-4 months lol. Or maybe we are just forgotten. who knows.

MyCIC status says Background check in process.

The only way to know is to call CIC.
I'm inland, 2 dependents

I am a January 2017 inland applicant with a spouse. I am still waiting for ppr. I ordered my gcms note last Friday but somehow I didn't end up paying the $5 fee. I wonder whether it is free if I am requesting information for myself ? Could someone please kindly confirm with me? Thank you very much!

Aor: 9 March 2017
MR: 12 Feb 2018
BGIP: 26 Feb 2018 (not accurate)

I also wonder if there is still any mid-Jan 2017 applicant waiting for ppr. I called IRCC and they told me my security check hasn't started yet. Don't know what else I could do except for praying and wondering.

I have called them twice, they dont know nothing at all. when I told the agent that applicants from January and February 2017 are getting their P.Rs he said i am very surprised to know that lol.

Because he said that probably CSIS has no room to work on new files so that is why your security hasn't started yet.
