How long on average does it take to receive PR from the day you submit your PNP application?

Hey guys need help here. My applicatiin was recived by CIClast Jan. 16 on March 16 i received an email that my cic. account has been updated, application no. XEP******** was changed to EP******* but got no email on AOR. Recently, my brother who is based in canada informed that he just paid online the processing fee last March 22. Is it the reason why until now i didnt receive an email for the AOR? Is it causing delay to my application? What will i do now?

Hey just wondering if anyone else is doing Express Entry Skilled Worker category via BC PNP.

I submitted my final application and received my AOR on January 8th and have the following statuses:
Application status We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

The additional documents they requested were my language test results, which are obviously fine. Just wondering if anyone else had a timeline or information on what happens next?

Today i was able to link my file to my account (i was trying linking my application since i applied)and I can see application number too as EP****. Is that already an AOR as i did not get any email.

Hi there everyone!

I need some help. I received on March 27, 2017 an email from IRCC containing my UCI and an Application Number which started with EP00xxxxxx. It also contains further instructions to link my application within 7 calendar days from receipt of such letter. Is this the AOR? If it is, then why I can't link my account to my GCKey account today using the UCI and AP# they sent me?

Today I created my ONe-key ID and tried to click on "Master Graduate Stream". It seems "Master Graduate Stream" link is dead. Anyone facing same issue ? Please let us know.

I read, starting from 23rd Feb 2017, there is only e-application. they stopped accepting paper based OINP. Is that right ?
