PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

Hi there, I just noticed that my "Review of additional documents" had changed to "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details." Before was " no additional documents needed". But I did not receive any letters from CIC requesting for additional docs. Do I need to call the CIC to see if there is anything I need to submit? I am a 2016 May applicant. Here is the detail:

Application status : We are processing your application.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents:We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.
Interview: You do not need an interview.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints.
Background check: Not applicable.
Final decision: Your application is in progress.

This is very disappointing. there is no transparency on where our applications are, there are no updates and no explanations as to why its taking this long..
To add to all this, it is impossible to get a hold of the call center too! I have to listen to 10 minutes of automated crap just to find out that all agents are busy!
I have literally no idea what is going on with my application! the new GCMS notes I just got have a lot of the content under security blanked out!!!!

At least have the decency to pick up my calls and explain the situation, or look into our cases to have them moving again!

I have no idea what they do in that stage. My application says location PS. Not sure what they do at this point. I passed medical on May 16 2017.

I Opened the message section in myCIC, and once I click on view message, a pdf file opened with the informations.
