when did u get ur gcms note?...I ordered my third note on may 20.....still I haven't get that? I m march 10 applicant.......I don't know what's going on?..........

Everybody is anxious here but requesting back to back gcms is clearly a waste of resources...

They have dedicated resources who deal with GCMS notes. No CIC officer would do this job

Received feb 26, 2016
DM last Friday.
No ppr email yet.
I just called cic this afternoon, they said my application was approved, correspondence would be sent in couple days.
I just don't understand why dont they send ppr email just after application approved? What are they waiting for.....

No ppr email yet.
I just called cic this afternoon, they said my application was approved, correspondence would be sent in couple days.

it took a week for me to get PPR after DM so it must be coming don't worry

Let me just clarify, my background check on CIC was N/A until yesterday where it changed to in on progress again. It's when I check on ECAS that it says decision made. From my understanding, CIC was just stay as background in process until you get the PPR email, send documents and then actually land.

I'm also a fairly simple case I guess, I'm a sole applicant and haven't been asked for any additional documents at any time and am from visa exempt country so imagine security checks aren't that difficult.
