Got PPR today - New Delhi India --
Thank God i waited 3 years for this grand day

Congrats I got mine last week... the 3 year wait was finally over.. They Received my passport today at Ottawa hopefully ill get it back before the 20th of this month

Jan applicant has background check this morning.

I think u and me in same boat. I'm Jan 13 applicant AOR 23 march. Same date my BG changed in processing.
When you applied your document, did you attach Canada finger check Criminal recording?? Because my friends Jan 20, 25 applicants got a PPR already. And I heard they already attached that Canada Criminal record in their files. But i didn't. So i just wondering this make this delay situation.....

I'm inland applicant..pr pnp file received 20th feb,17..AOR 10th april,17.actually i was just advicing about getting back the passport with the stamp from ottawa.

I haven't attach the Canada PCC !

I am jan 11 appliant ! another 9 days my 16 month will be over !

So frustrated to See PPR !!

Mine changed Apr 10th and no PPR yet.
Jan 17th applicant and didn't attach the Canada PCC.

So is this possibly what the delay is all about?

It couldbe a reason of delay in background check if u r inland. They ask for pcc from countries where u live 6 months or more. But if they need one they normally ask before or with medical.

Just received GCMS notes, generated on April 03, Location: PS and says Security not started. Anyone knows how much time does it take after location change to PS and getting PPR?

I got totally frustrated.
I called CIC last week, and they said my background check is done, and application is approved. But where is the PPR?
So you won't know what are they doing......

Just received GCMS notes, generated on April 03, Location: PS and says Security not started. Anyone knows how much time does it take after location change to PS and getting PPR?

We still have to wait bit longer i guess. It is good to get GCMS notes after 2 months of medical done. If we order earlier than that, we wont get any useful info.
