I want to share with you with my case. My medical shows IN PROGRESS since 21 of October last year. No MR until today. Same thing with Background, it still shows IN PROGRESS as well. They do their own investigation I guess. They did not ask me additional documents at all. But my notes show that additional information required. That is why my Criminality decision is ON HOLD. When your background changed to Not Needed, it means your Criminality passed. Your GCMS notes can proof it, and show more details. Hopefully we all will get MRs soon! Have a good one.parvisingh said:

Make screenshots of exactly every step of your attempts to link application, showing all the fields filled in correctly. Save those screenshots into a pdf file and attach it to your message via Case-spec. form. That's how I did it. They linked it in a cpl of weeks.Eddie69 said:
