PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

Hey..
I just sent my Passport for stamping from Toronto.

I have a quick question though.

Do we need to write our address on the returning envelope or not? As the Passport Request email says that you do not need to write anything on the envelope, but the empoyee at Canada post said that you need to mention ur address on the returning envelope. M confused. Can anybody help please?

Who knows that what is the good time spot can reach to the IRCC agent? Whenever I called CIC, it showed me "There are high volume calls on hold and cannot transfer to the agent...." then, it was hanged up....Though it is useless to talk to them, I still want to try to complain about that~~~~
Also, I am wondering that most of Jan, 2016 applicants who didn't get the DM/PPR are from AINP??

Nothing is updating. I phoned them and they said the last time your file was accessed was in the month of Septmber.

Yeah I guess. It's so weird though, previous applicant got their passport stamped within 3-4 days. Hope to see on Monday. Did anyone got stamped ?

Hi! I have just checked the calendar, and I see that 7th March 2016 was on Monday. 1-4 th March applicants were receiving DM and PPRs on this week. So, I wish you guys to receive yours on next week.

And, of course CIC does not have to forget about early January applicants. I have two friends and they both 11 January applicants. They still are waiting. They passed all things including security. They are not from dangerous country, did not travel much, do not have criminal records (nothing wrong), like they are clear like a tear. Even MP was not able to help them. They are waiting for final review of officer. Like my opinion is something happened with officer, maybe he/she is serious illness or got a llife-threatening disease. Like it is a life, and shit happens. And rest of February applicants on the plant where I work have got PR status recently.

As for me I am 1 April applicant. Eagerly waiting for DM. And today My medical status was passed second time for this last 3 months. I will write a timeline in another tread.

I wish you guys a good weekend. Never give up. I am doing a shitty job everyday at the meat plant. And still have a hope, the end is coming as well as beginning of another story. We have a future in this such a wonderful country.
