PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

Im in Canada for almost 6 years. I initiated my Immigration process in 2014. Still its going on. One of my friend came to Canada when my BC PNP was under process, he finished his Masters and he got his PR under EE within 3 months and he landed Two months ago. He bought a property in Vancouver.

I am living in same basement for Six years, where as even I am pre approved for 15k line of credit in CIBC; they don't want to release funds/give mortgage due to I am not PR.

I can move to EE to fasten process but, what about all the time and money which I spent on this process. Morethan money and time, I had gone through lot of mental torture and harassment !!!

Same here bro I came in 2011 and my pr process is still going on just did medicals last month still need to go 1 or 2 months more.... their immigration system is so stupid... they should give some priority to the applicants who have been waiting for more than a year... they r just doing ee fast which is not fair to us.... one side they r talking about backlog but they r not processing file fast enough theirselves.... everything is just a drama....

One way to check if your PP was successfully stamped or not is by checking your my CIC account. There the status should change to Approved.

Sent passport pics and documents on may 19th. They received it on 24th and i didnt keep the tracking number for the returning mail... like a dumbas.s.. ive seen other applicant who sent it way later than i did already got the passport back.. and i havnt got my landing paper yet... what is going on....

Hi everyone, I received documents request from cic and under my account it shows i have to submit Generic Application Form for Canada however, when i click on the (i) button it shows this message (Provide a document that shows your application has been received. You can provide a copy of your confirmation, your letter of receipt, etc.) please advise what it means? Do I have to submit the full form or which receipt?

Since when your BG is in progress ? What's your application date ? Because they will process the file according to that. But if your officer is working fast then you will get DM soon.

Yeah, you will got DM within this week. Check your my CIC account and did your BG check is in progress ? Once it's in progress then you will got DM within 1-2 days.

I have not seen yet that CIC requested generic form, usually they request schedule A if your timeline has a gap. You can provide the RPRF receipt or both receipts or if you paid total fee by single transaction.
Also, you can call CIC and ask for which document exactly they are looking for ?
