Something weird happened to my friend he didn't received passport request but received a mail to come to the Winnipeg office to finalize the application with two photos with passport.

Just found out they out they send a mail on 28 th april but i didn't receive anything until now ,its been two weeks .what the hell cic is doing so frustrating.
