So Outland applicants getting AOR sooner or It will be same for Inland applicants too ?

from received to AOR is common. Every file is processed the same way in CIO-Sydney. After that, and file is transferred to local VO, outland seems to be quicker than Ottawa or Sydney.

How long does it take for MR after AOR ?

If the processing fee was already deducted on your card, most probably you will have your AOR/UCI.

How long does it take for MR after AOR ?

It depends on the Visa Office where To your application was addressed.
Manila is fast (taking around 30 days)for instance, as notice from some messages in this fórum.

Application received at CIO on 2 February 2016, AOR received on the 21 March 2016. It appears quick.
