Hi everyone
How do we know medical exam passed ? CIC will updates or we have to ask them ? How long takes time to know results after submitted the report?
Please anyone help me ?

You should see in your Gckey account 'You passed the medical'. You will not receive any email from CIC so you have to check Gckey from time to time. If you did the test using the number CIC gave to you in 1-2 weeks you should see the update.

Just received email reply from CIC, my application is still in queue for review by an officer. My timeline as follows:

Feb 2017 Submitted
Apr 2017 AOR
Mar 2018 MR & Passed

waiting for PPR still....

I sent an email to inquire about the status. It's just a reply to my inquiry not to everyone.

My MR is March 1 and MP is about March 18ish I think.

How does having a credit card debt impact PCC? That's a civil issue and definitely should not impact your PCC. I lived in Auckland for few years and have a CC debt. I called Nz's credit Bureau and they advised that a credit card debt has nothing to do with police clearance. The only debt that will show on your PCC is the debt that's owed to the govt.

In UAE its little different.
