CIC yearly targets for PNP-PR paper based applicants is 55,000. This includes spouses?

55,000 (Target)= 35,000(Prinical Applicants)+15,000(spouses)+5,000(children)

I am writing this equation on the basis of not all applicants are married(assuming that 35% applicants are married), not all applicants had kids(assuming 10%applicants had children)

For your case PA+Spouse=2 applicants
Children are Canadian citizens so no need to inculude

I need to create an Express Entry profile to boost my score in a PNP. I have filled my part but did discover that I have to fill the education part for my wife. ECA was requested but is not available now. I would have to apply for her transcript and do the ECA and would take a long time and my Express Entry profile would have been closed by then.

1. Can I answer NO to my spouse EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS now since I am the principal applicant and my own part has been filled?
2. Would I be able to edit and add my spouse ECA report when it is ready seeing I have already answered NO?

Would really appreciate speed answer. Am in fix right now.

I don't think it includes spouses. They issue pnps in a certain number. And at that time the number didn't include spouses. Some of applications add spouses or new babies during the application not at the beginning. So if the number includes spouses, later applications will be "kicked out" because of the limit.
