Is it possible to be rejected after you got a DM?

Only if CBSA deemed you inadmissible or misrepresented while landing at the border

2 possible scenario:
- you've committed a serious crime after security check at CIC and before landing and CBSA finds out the record
- you have shown intention of residing in a province other than the one nominated

as per rule you are correct.But I have seen cases where PNP nominee living in province other than nominating province but landed successfully. ya th person has to move due to his employer and he cannot change employer as his PNP was employer restricted.

Got PPR this morning at 6:11 PST, Sept 9 inland applicant, DM on Dec 13. Anyone have any idea of ANNEX A? We have to print it out and fill out our mailing address and sign it, do we? Thanks.

Got PPR today. DM was december 15th.

Anyone knows if the photos we have to send with PPR have to be new photos or we can use the same one that I've taken when I first submited my application?

The photo should have been taken within 6 months from the day you are sending you passport for the PPR.
