it is being asked in dropdown question "do you have employers declaration form?" (YES or NO)
I remember the last time (2014) I renewed my work permit I got a form that my employer signed and I attached.. however that year there was no "employers compliance fee" as requirement.

wala pa po.. we are still on final reviews so lets not expect til January.. I just phoned CIC because my work permit due to expire next month.. I was advised that it will take longer than expected so I should submit application for extending my status to be safe.. we should have a status upon landing (border exit/enter) I have to do it now because it also ends my driving license validity.

wala pa po.. we are still on final reviews so lets not expect til January.. I just phoned CIC because my work permit due to expire next month.. I was advised that it will take longer than expected so I should submit application for extending my status to be safe.. we should have a status upon landing (border exit/enter) I have to do it now because it also ends my driving license validity.

Hi , you do not need to worry about driver license. for driver license just go to service Ontario(for example) and pay and renew...

So I just can show the PR application letter?
I am not sure because in 2014 when I renew my license for extension they asked for immigration papers as a proof that I applied for new work permit.

They should extend it based on your AOR and work permit application number.

yeah.. will submit my work permit extension application this week, just waiting for my employers compliance fee.

They usually do it for one time one year extension based on application in process (either work permit application or PR) At least, that's how it is done in Alberta (Registry are private here).

I did it in 2014 when I was on implied status, showed SGI my work permit application file number and letter, they gave me 8month extension for drivers license.. Then after I got my new work permit, they renew again my license upto the date base on my work permit expiration date (Dec 2016)

Try again it should work. I had the same situation, renewed my work permit three times over past four years.

English: "Correct, I don't really want to apply for another Work Permit, but I did. Even though I know I will not maximize the validity"
