Requested GCMS notes for the first time and received today. details are as follows:

app received at CIC: September 28,2015
MPNP,inland
AOR: January 14,2016
in the notes it shows eligibility,criminality,background check passed.
application has been assigned
Due Date is 25 Nov,2016.
I beleive due date is something within which final decesion needs to be completed by Cic or PPR to be issued. Please correct me if i am wrong.

How we all wish that the "due date" is about getting PPR..
"due date" - completion of all security check, if you got all PASSED included security meaning they finished everything earlier than the due date.

My DUE DATE was NOV. 01, 2016.. doesn't matter, as per IRCC all application has to go for final review and final decision.. all of us are pending until decision Made.

its frustrating I know, but we September applicant should hold our excitement, not this month but after 16 months. If we get it before 16 months then its a bonus!! Good Luck to all of us. *IRCC has tons of backlogs***

I had everything passed since July 17th including security with a due date of Oct 1, 2016 in first notes i received in August.

Ordered them again early October and then sent me exact same notes with a new "generated on" date lol.

yup.. lets just hang on in here. we waited for very long time already, we can still wait a few months. we are frustrated YES but how more about those June, JULY and August that hasn't get the good news yet they are more worried and annoyed.

that's right! many times I phoned and MP office phoned IRCC and said the same thing over and over.. they are not confirming anything not until we cross the 16th months. So I figured just wait patiently and apply for work permit extension instead..

It will be a blessing if we get PPR earlier ofcorse we want that.. it will come one day I know and we can breath after. IT WILL COME ONE DAY.

I don't think you need that form anymore, It used to be IMM5658 or something like that but it's not available on the website anymore.

Is it listed in your Document checklist which you generated recently ?

it is being asked in dropdown question "do you have employers declaration form?" (YES or NO)
I remember the last time (2014) I renewed my work permit I got a form that my employer signed and I attached.. however that year there was no "employers compliance fee" as requirement.
