PNP- PR ( CIC applicants SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER 2015)

I am waiting for MR since Dec, 2015 after receiving UCI.
I am a PNP out land applicant.
I don't know what to do????

Same here, got UCI on Dec. 10, 2015 and since then waiting for MR.
My visa office is Rome... tried to contact them but no response
Maybe they are waiting for the last minute before 15 months expire... ?

15 months is the max time limit.
Really this wait time is killing

Good evening everyone!
I´m beyong frustrated right now. My husband and I have been waiting for passport request since April. Our medicals were requested and received since April. We are inland and WP expires in december 31st. I have an open WP and my husband has the nomination.Nomination is restricted for an especific employer on an especific location so that means he would not qualify for an open work permit(see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/permit/extend/permanent.asp ) When I do the wizard on the cic website, it says he is elegible for an open work permit which is incorrect because the wizard didn´t bother in asking under what class we are applying and if there are restrictions on my nomination. If I answer that I have no PR in process then the documents it ask for are the nomination, a letter from the province supporting the work permit (what is that? they didn´t asked for this the first time!), job offer and proof that he has the qualifications to do the job. Is like if they are asking for info when is the first time you are applying which is not right either. All of these things they want are already on file! on the PR application and on the first WP application. Why can´t they make it simple? why do I have to worry about renewing a work permit and paying another fee! Anyway, please help, I don´t want to have my representative to do this for me and charge another $700 bucks on top. How do I cheat the wizard to get me the option to extend the work permit with the same employer?! Thanks.

Having the same problem
We have to extend our WP and all I see is bridging open work permit and the same problem is because of the employment restriction.
Have no idea what to do.

Somebody from the forum advised me to do a paper application for an open work permit a few days before expiry date. That will buy you some time to continue to work until yout get the Pr since you will be on implied status.

I am unable to post the url...Please search "Foreign workers nominated by a province or territory" and it should take you to the cic page with details. Brief summary is below:

You are not eligible for BOWP due to employment restrictions. However, you are eligible for work permit extension in closed work permit. You need PNP nomination letter, PNP work support letter, AOR and LMIA exempt offer letter aka Employer compliance fee....the last one is paid by the employer and is about $250.

Somebody from the forum advised me to do a paper application for an open work permit a few days before expiry date. That will buy you some time to continue to work until yout get the Pr since you will be on implied status.

You can apply for the extension of your work permit with the same employer with your pnp approval.

requested GCMS notes August 9, 2016.. I received the status report yesterday 21 Sept 2016 in detailed 48pages.. its shows my file last updated Sept 2 at 1:42pm, from CIO Sydney office transferred to OTTAWA. shows every thing from day 1 in detailed manner. last update notes says :

Admin/Criminality : Seen clean UAE and RCMP PC, Philippines NBI with no derogatory record on it. NO CONCERNS, PASSED.

however my status (Mycic and ECAS) are not updated yet.

I also have same activities showing on mine except medical was not done during I asked for GCMS.

I did my medical in mid of July and status shows that Medical result have been received. May I know what is next step? When I get my PPR request? Expert opinions please.
