*copy of old work permit
*copy of Medical Exam
*155$ fee

If you apply online, all forms and requirements listed in a checklist where you just download and upload it.

however, I check my previous work permit application submitted December 17, 2014 and got my Work Permit January 22, 2015 so was less than a month processed.

4-5 months, really?? I saw that processing time is one month

Offer letter from employer.
Employer will offer job only if you meet the requirements b so I guess it should be offer letter. That's what I used for pnp nomination supporting documents

My BOWP was issued without employer letter because my open was open PGWP.

waiting couple more months will apply in Oct but I don't want to pay anymore and don't want any more permits.....hopefully, PPR request before that ....

well CIC accepts any form of birth certificates, either old on new, all there after is a legal document showing your name, but if your name is not writen in English or French, then you notarize it

Hello friends
I have received email from cic Delhi office to reassement of my spouse medical. He did hid medical 10 months ago and Delhi office specifies to send the medical results at Delhi office
I spoke to one of the panel physician he told me that he cannot send the results to Delhi he will send result to cic Canada office and Delhi officer will be able to get the results online or in the system.
i have no idea what should i do
or what is right or wrong
i called cic they ask me follow the instruction in the email.
If anyone know anything please let me know.
