PNP- PR ( CIC applicants SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER 2015)

Hi guys

I got AOR on April 6,2016 and I am still waiting for MR.

But yesterday I got an email from CIC in which there is a sentence
"please note that applications will be assessed according to the instructions in place at the time they are received."

What does it mean? Does it mean my file will be transfer to Local Visa Office soon?

Does anyone know this? Please help me. Thank you!

Congratulations my friend, your long wait is over. I did not think I will see the day where I have posted 1000 posts on this forum and still be waiting for some progress.

The waiting game is taking its toll on me at this stage.

Hello everyone, I really don't know what to do here and ANY HELP is appreciated.
Here's my situation: I applied for PR in September 2015, got AOR December 3r, and reminder email on april 22nd. Today I received another email from CIO saying this:
"Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate ORIGINAL, FOR BRAZIL.

WE HAVE RECEIVED WHAT APPEARS TO BE A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR BRAZILIAN POLICE CERTIFICATE. PLEASE SEND THE ORIGINAL. This must be received at this office by: 2016/06/17."

The problem is, I sent the originals. In Brazil we get our certificates from the police website, I know it doesn't look like an original certificate, but that's how it's done back home. I've done some research and everybody sends the same certificate that I did.

What should I do now? This will probably delay my application even more, right? I can't believe how unlucky I am...this is the second delay I'm having and I sent the same docs as other brazilians and they never had any problems...

There must be a way you can get a stamp on the website copy print out.

Yes, the website "certifies" the criminal check as well and I sent that stamp too...and translated...

Can you get an explanatory letter from a brazilian embassy/consulate in Canada which certifies/or can state that the one you're sending is an original copy.

It will all end in praise Druce. Just keep trusting God for goodnews soon. Africa Visa offices appear to be lagging behind now especially with PNP files. Accra is just sending MR to May 2015 applicants. Let just remain positive n sure we ll get there.
